COURSE DESCRIPTION

Physical education and sports is an introduction
course to the physical education and health sciences.
This course outlines the elementary knowledge and preliminary
assessment of physical education and sports as well as
Olympic movement.

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE
|
|
The first aim of the course is to provide
students with basic skills of the physical education and
sports. Ancient and Modern Olympics, Fitness and Resistance
Training Principles and Sports Nutrition are introduced.
The second aim is make students learn about the fitness
center and the other sports facilities in the campus and
the benefit.

Introduction to Ancient and Modern Olympics,
Fitness and Resistance Training Principles and Sports
Nutrition. Implementation of fitness and certain sports.
